We’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for years and we’re constantly disappointed in the amount and magnitude of false information regarding exercise, nutrition, health…you name it.
We work hard in our businesses (Kate Hoerner Fitness and Nutritiously Emily) to help our clients weed through all the crap, but we needed a way to reach more people because we want you to know that we see you, we get it, and we’re here to help.

Em is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a professional fitness background, passionate about helping women develop a more positive attitude towards food, how to eat and the amazing things good nutrition can do to change your life.
Kate is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and PN and Metabolic Effect nutrition coach, and she helps women weed through the chaos and stress of their busy lives by creating a healthy lifestyle that allows them to pursue their wildest dreams.
